We loved this apartment and strongly recommend!

I felt safe here. Bathroom was spacious, rooms were brand-new and clean. A gym was available. Location was quiet and marvellous, by nature. It was right by the center of Tulum and the jungle...

No complaints whatsoever, would absolutely stay here again. Nice and marvellous location near to the center of Tulum, nature and the jungle, everything high quality. Location in the middle of the city. Very very helpful people working there. A shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets available.

The central location is great, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The entire apartment was kept clean and the staff was always available to help. I especially enjoyed the private pool that came with the room, it was a fantastic bonus. The air conditioning worked well throughout the apartment, keeping us cool and comfortable. the hotel was fantastic, secluded away from the busy parts of town, and provided a high standard of accommodation.

there was a strong smell of mold/damp/perfume in the room , made it a bit unpleasant.

Amazing value for money, comfortable rooms with big TVs. Very clean and well-taken care of place. Polite and nice staff. New and protected area. We extended our stay because we liked it so much.

Location is a bit inconvenient without a car or scooter. Limited transportation options to the beach or center.

Nestled in the heart of the lush jungle, our stay at this hotel was truly enchanting. The room and bathroom were absolutely amazing, providing the perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even helping us arrange scooter rentals. The peaceful and tranquil atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating experience. Moreover, the quality toiletries and the equipment to prepare tea and coffee were delightful additions.

stayed at many places in tulum, but suites at treetops surpassed all expectations. gorgeous new apartment with a private pool, just like the pictures. impeccable cleanliness, top-notch amenities. surrounded by nature, so peaceful and perfect for relaxing or working remotely. excellent wifi and wonderful gym nearby. felt safe in gated community. concierge was amazing.
